Avoid at lambing.

It's a grassy hillside all the way. Take off anywhere you like when you think you're high enough. Numerous large grassy fields in front of the ridge. Avoid the ones with long grass near the loch. They are usually boggy. Try to avoid the sheep. There is ample parking opposite the entrance to Todholes farms. Follow the track past Todholes farm toward the wind turbines. Leave the track at the stone sheep pens and walk up the shoulder of the hill. Open airspace below 2500 feet. From 2500ft to 6000ft it's class E airspace ie. you must maintain VMC. Class D airspace south of the B818. Open airspace below 2500 feet. From 2500ft to 6000ft it's class E airspace ie. you must maintain VMC. Class D airspace south of the B818.

Despite the larger hills in front of the ridge there are usually no suprises.
